Good to know

Answers before you begin.

Does Keydrop upload my files?

No. Your browser prepares the package locally. Keydrop does not receive or store the files.

Who can open a package?

Password packages open for anyone with the package and password, with no account or wallet needed. Secure ID packages require the chosen recipient’s wallet.

Can I revoke a downloaded package?

No. Once the package is downloaded, it cannot be remotely deleted. Choose password or Secure ID before sending it.

What do both people need?

The sender needs a compatible Metanet wallet to sign the package. Password recipients only need a browser and the password. Secure ID recipients need their wallet.

Ready to send it safely?

Prepare a signed, encrypted package with password or Secure ID access.
